Warehouse Pickup

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse! If you prefer to collect your items in person, we have made the process quick and easy.

How It Works:

Order Before 2:00 PM: If you place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday), you can pick up your order the same day from our warehouse.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup once it has been processed.

Pickup Hours:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM can be picked up the same day during our regular business hours, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Order Hold Duration:

Your order will be held at our warehouse for 7 calendar days from the time it is ready for pickup. After this 7-day period, your order will be automatically canceled.

Order Confirmation Requirements: When picking up your order, please ensure you bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID for verification. Without these, we will not be able to release the order to you.

If your order is canceled after the 7-day period, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.

How to Pickup:

After receiving your order confirmation, head to our warehouse at the address above.
When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation (email) and a valid photo ID for verification.
Our team will assist you with collecting your order and completing your pickup.
